December 1996 Panasonic EV Energy Co., Ltd is established.

Start development and mass production of EV-95 NiMH batteries for electric cars.

November 2013 Establish SYNOGY TOYOTA AUTMOTIVE ENERGY SYSTEM CO., LTD. (STAES) in Changshu New & Hi-tech Industrial Development Zone,Jiangsu, China.
December 2013 The number of accumulated production units exceeds 1 million units (on the basis of the number of cars) at Miyagi Plant.
June 2014 The number of accumulated production units exceeds 7 million units (on the basis of the number of cars).
August 2014 Establish SYNOGY TOYOTA AUTMOTIVE ENERGY SYSTEM CO., LTD. (STAES) in Changshu New & Hi-tech Industrial Development Zone,Jiangsu, China.
December 2014 Close Teiho Plant in Toyota, Aichi Prefecture.
March 2015 The number of accumulated production units exceeds 8 million units (on the basis of the number of cars).
April 2015 Miyagi Plant Building #2 starts production of NiMH batteries at Miyagi Plant.
